I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism that all of the representatives at Zonos possess. They have really helped us with our duty/tax calculations with the Landed Cost Guarantee program taking the guess work out of this area when shipping internationally. Very smooth and straight forward onboarding process. Our onboarding specialist Curtis was very responsive and always willing to go out of his way to help us however we need to. Our products are set up a bit differently and we were able to figure out solutions to get to make Zonos work for us. Definitely recommend working with them!

Love this app -- makes complicated taxation/duties rules for international orders super easy. They hand hold you through the whole set up and processing int'l orders thereafter is seriously 1 click of a button. No one could understand this on their own and these guys are experts. Also, they can calculate dimensional weight which to this day, I still can't find a good app for that for domestic orders. Also, they bear all the risk of their calculations; they guarantee the taxes and duties calculations and pay the difference if they are wrong. Makes me sleep better at night given how complicated that is. JUST USE THIS APP.

This app and it's team get 5 Stars. They have been so helpful setting up the zones for shipping and super fast. I was up and running in 3 days. Call out to Barrett for always being there and assisting with any questions.
The dashboard is so easy to use and print labels. I would recommend this app for anyone doing international shipping.
