I have been using this app since 2018 (about 5 years now!). I have had a great experience with this app. The support team is absolutely top notch. They give you proper attention and time to make any changes you want. If there are any issues you have, they will understand the issue and resolve them. It is a fantastic app for collecting reviews. Today, I wanted to make some changes and get some things modified like increasing the contrast ratio of the widget color and font to make it more accessible.
