I love the app, but it definitely needs more details on how to run campaigns and use it to improve sales.

Decent app. However, as a seller I'd like notifications when customers review products, as it is currently I have to keep checking it. Maybe I'm missing something? Good app though overall

Feel free to refer to this guide (https://shopify.link/6kox) to create a workflow. You can select "Shop Review Published" as the trigger and "Send internal email" as the action. I enjoy the customization of the shop store and analytics. Surprisingly good! Hope it stays that way.
without and marketing I got 2-3 orders from this app, so I liked the App. Let's see in future how can we grow more with this App.
I like this app overall. However, it could do better with product delivery dates and card messages. It doesn't provide the necessary fields during the purchase to allow customers to pick delivery dates (for flowers/plants) nor does it offer a field to insert a message for a delivery or a card to accompany the delivery. Because of this glitch, we regularly have to call the customer to get card messages and delivery dates.

I understand that this isn't ideal, especially for businesses that rely heavily on these customizations in order to complete their customer orders. so far so good. Just started using this platform and already have a sale. Bit of an issue transferring from ebay due to categories. Same issue transferring to FB shops. Still has ways to work around but will take some time
Easy to use and configure. Has brought in some additional customers! I like the package tracking Shop offers, it's quite nice.
