Merchants appreciate this app for its user-friendly interface and seamless integration with Shopify. The app is easy to use and does what it's supposed to. Most of all, help is a click away. I had a couple of features that I wanted to turn on and chatted with John G. He was able to get those features implemented in seconds. He also suggested a few other features that I think will be great for my site. He was very helpful and efficient. I have used other apps where, although the app may be good, the service is not there. This is certainly an app that has both.
We've been using Yotpo for a bit, and really want to comment on the support. Most apps don't provide the level or speed of technical support that Yotpo does. John G. stepped in and made the edits to our site that we needed in under 10 minutes. This level of support is what keeps companies coming back to Yotpo.
We'd recently switched to a new theme for our website and weren’t able to get the reviews from our previous theme to show on our site. Rhenant did an amazing job at reinstalling the app and keeping all our reviews from our previous theme. Thank you again!
