You can even unify your online and offline sales with Shopify POS for a full picture of your business’ health.
Etsy doesn’t provide business loans. Wix only invests in businesses with Wix Capital. Shopify provides business loans for inventory, staffing, and marketing, with no personal credit checks or application process for those who need financial assistance.

Etsy only allows handmade goods, vintage items, and a limited selection of other niche products. Wix wasn’t built with ecommerce in mind, so it doesn’t have comprehensive functionality. Shopify is an excellent option for ecommerce, as it has over 6,000 commerce apps, allows dropshipping, and has a breadth of features, tools, and themes for selling online.
The main difference between Etsy and Wix is that on Etsy you can only sell handmade items and vintage goods, whereas Wix is a platform that was built for freelancers like photographers. Shopify is a commerce platform that lets you sell anything you’d like, online and offline.
Etsy charges listing fees and transaction fees, which can increase the overall cost to the seller. Wix costs $20/month for its Basic plan but also charges transaction fees.
