I’m having problems with shipping and need help

I’m new to shopping and I have a small business I am just now starting. I recently got an order and I’m trying to ship through usp bc it’s a big item and it’s cheaper to ship through them. Whenever I try and buy a shipping label it says this

“The address you're shipping from could not be verified” how can I fix that and find a way to buy the shipping label so I costumer can revive their item?

Hi,@Onceuponathrift. I'm happy to help you out with this! To clarify, are you currently using Shopify Shipping? Also, have you shipped an order from this store before or is this the first time you're trying it?

The message "The address you're shipping from could not be verified” is often just a warning that the address might be incorrect. Shopify uses Google to validate addresses, so to check this you'll want to ensure that the address you've set up as the address you're shipping from matches what is returned by Google Maps, or the shipping carrier you're using. If you've verified the address, the warning can be ignored. You should still be able to purchase a label in this case. If the address doesn't match, you'll want to use the corrected format of the address from Google.
