Pages in Online Store Section Do Not Load

I've been having trouble accessing anything under the "Online Store" section of my Shopify admin for months using Google Chrome browser on a Macbook. All other areas of admin are accessible. The only workaround has been using incognito mode, but I have to go through the login process with 2FA each time I do that. While that works, it's kind of annoying, and I'd like to be able to access everything in my usual Chrome browser like I used to.

I've cleared my cache, enabled and disabled third-party cookies (tried both), and almost anything I could find but no luck. No firewalls are enabled.

Here's what the page looks like when I try to load anything in the Online Store section (Themes, Blog Posts, Pages, Navigation, and Preferences). The screen spinner continues to animate but never loads the content. No errors are logged in the console, and no error notifications appear in the interface.
