Adding and removing dynamic checkout buttons

You can add or remove dynamic checkout buttons on any part of your online store that has anAdd to cartbutton.

Before you add dynamic checkout buttons, make sure that they'recompatible with your online store.

You can add or remove dynamic checkout buttons on product pages.

Steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to欧宝体育官网入口首页>Themes.
  2. Find the theme that you want to edit, and then clickCustomize.
  3. Open the drop-down menu at the top of the page.

  2. In theSales channelssection, tap欧宝体育官网入口首页.
  3. TapManage themes.
  4. Find the theme that you want to edit, and then tapCustomize.
  5. TapTemplates.
  1. From theShopify app, tapStore.
  2. In theSales channelssection, tap欧宝体育官网入口首页.
  3. TapManage themes.
  4. Find the theme that you want to edit, and then tapCustomize.
  5. TapTemplates.
  1. ClickProducts.
  2. SelectDefault product, or the product template that you want to edit.
  3. In theProduct information部分,clickBuy buttons.
  4. Select or deselectShow dynamic checkout buttons. If your theme doesn't have theShow dynamic checkout buttonssetting, then you need toupdate your themeoredit your theme code.
  5. ClickSave.

Add or remove dynamic checkout buttons on your home page

If your home page includes a featured product section with anAdd to cartbutton, then you can add or remove dynamic checkout buttons on that section.

Steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to欧宝体育官网入口首页>Themes.
  2. Find the theme that you want to edit, and then clickCustomize.

  2. In theSales channelssection, tap欧宝体育官网入口首页.
  3. TapManage all themes.
  4. Find the theme that you want to edit, and then tapCustomize.
  5. TapEdit.

  4. Find the theme that you want to edit, and then tapCustomize.

  1. ClickAdd section.
  2. In theFeatured product部分,clickBuy buttons.
  3. Select or deselectShow dynamic checkout buttons.
  4. ClickSave.

If your theme doesn't have theShow dynamic checkout buttonssetting, then you need toupdate your themeoredit your theme code.

Add dynamic checkout buttons to selected products

If you want to add dynamic checkout buttons to some product pages but not others, then you need to create an alternate template. An alternate template is a duplicate theme code template that you can edit without affecting the original. You can add dynamic checkout buttons to your alternate template, and then use that template for only a selection of products.

To create an alternate product template, refer toCreate a new template.

After you create an alternate product template andassign it to a product, you need to enable dynamic checkout buttons for that product.

Steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to欧宝体育官网入口首页>Themes.

  2. In theSales channelssection, tap欧宝体育官网入口首页.
  3. TapManage themes.

  1. Find the theme for which you created an alternate template, and then clickCustomize.
  2. In the theme editor, go to the product page for a product to which you've assigned the alternate template.
  3. Click theProduct pagessection.
  4. Select or deselectShow dynamic checkout buttons.
  5. ClickSave. The changes are applied to all of the products that uses the alternate template.
