Searching for orders

All your mobile, in-store, and online orders display on theOrdersscreen of Shopify POS. To find a particular order, you canuse the search featureorscan a receipt barcode.

In the Shopify admin, you can搜索POS或ders by locationandsave search filtersthat you use often.

Search for an order

1. From the Shopify POS app, tap≡and then tapOrders.
2. Optional: From theSALE TYPEandSALES LOCATIONsections, set filters for your order search by selecting the sale type (retail or online) and sales location (if your store has multiple locations) for the order.
3. TapSearch anything.
4. In the search field, enter the order ID, order item name, receipt number, or customer name. Orders that match your search will display beneath the search bar.
5. Tap an order to open it, or tap←to return to the search screen.

Scan a receipt barcode

If you'veincluded barcodes on your printed receipts, then you can scan receipt barcodes with a barcode scanner (2D versiononly) or your device's camera to open the matching order in Shopify POS.

1. On theOrdersscreen, tap the barcode icon on the top-right corner.
2. Scan the receipt barcode with either your barcode scanner (2D versiononly) or your iPad's front-facing camera. If this doesn't work, then you can manually enter the receipt number from the receipt.
