Custom fulfillment services

With Shopify, you can use a fulfillment service provided that the warehouse you’re using can process orders by email. If they need more contact than that, then you can hire aShopify expertto develop a custom app.

Activate a fulfillment service

Steps:

1. In theCustom order fulfillmentsection, clickAdd fulfillment service.

2. In the form, enter:

   • the title of your custom fulfillment provider
   • the email address of your custom fulfillment provider.

   When youmark an item or complete order as fulfilledin your Shopify admin, the fulfillment service is sent an email with all the order information so that they can fulfill it for you.

3. ClickSave.

Set your products to be fulfilled by your custom service

Steps:

1. From your store'sProducts page, select the product to be fulfilled by the custom service.
2. In theInventorysection, select the fulfillment service that you want to use from theInventory will be stocked atdrop-down menu.
3. ClickSaveto save your changes.

Send a fulfillment request to your custom fulfillment service

When you're ready for your customer fulfillment service to ship an order,mark the order as fulfilledfrom your Shopify admin.

删除a custom fulfillment service

If you no longer want to use a particular fulfillment service, then you need to make sure that their rates aren't offered to your customers at checkout. If your account with the fulfillment service is in good standing, then you can reactivate the service at any time.

Steps:

1. In theAccounts and integrationssection, clickManage integrations.
2. Next to the fulfillment service, clickEdit.
3. Click删除.
4. If there is any inventory set to that service, select a new location that will inherit the stocked inventory and unfulfilled orders assigned to this location.
5. Click删除.
6. Click删除来确认。
