You can buy Shopify Shipping labels individually in your Shopify admin. If you want to buy shipping labels in bulk, then refer toBuying shipping labels in bulk using Shopify Shipping.

  • The cost of shipping labels is displayed in your local currency before taxes such as EUR in France or GBP in the United Kingdom. After you buy a shipping label, the cost and the taxes are billed to you in USD through your Shopify account. For more information, refer toBilling and taxes.

    1. From your Shopify admin, go toOrders.

    2. Click an order that contains unfulfilled items.

    3. In theUnfulfilledsection, clickCreate shipping label.

    4. In theITEMSsection, confirm the number of items that you want to include in this fulfillment.

    5. Optional: To adjust the weight of individual items do the following:

      1. In theITEMSsection, clickEdit weight.
      2. Adjust the weight for individual items. If your items have the same weight, then enter the weight. Verify the weight of the items in each shipment by clicking theItemsfield for an order. To adjust the total package weight, enter weight into the我应用相同的重量temsfield, and then clickApply to all.
      3. If you want to save the weights to your product details, then selectSave weight to product details
      4. ClickDone.
    6. If you're shipping internationally, then you need to fill in acustoms form:

      1. In theITEMSsection, clickEdit customs information.
      2. Verify your product information such as weight, quantity, value, and description. The maximum international shipment's declared value can be up to 2,500 USD.
      3. Select country of origin.
      4. Enter aHS (Harmonized System) code.
    7. Optional: In thePRESETSsection, select a presetto apply a shipping label preset to your shipping labels.

    8. In thePackagesection, select an existing package or create a new package:

      • To use an existing package, select a package from thePackagedrop-down menu.
      • To create a new package, follow these steps:
        1. In thePackagesection, clickAdd package.
        2. In theAdd packagedialog, enter the information about your new package.
        3. ClickAdd package.
    9. In theTotal weight (with package)field, adjust and confirm the total weight of your shipment.

    10. In theSHIPPING SERVICEsection, select a shipping method.

    11. Optional: Select any additional services, such as a signature or proof of age upon delivery. Additional services vary from carrier to carrier. To learn more, refer to thespecific carrier's page.

    12. If you're shipping from a location in the United States, then in the theSHIPPING INSURANCE您可以添加部分shipping insuranceto your shipment. The amount of coverage can include the total or part of the value of the items in the order and any shipping costs.

    13. In theShipping datefield, select a shipping date. If you want to automatically send shipment details to your customers on that date, then selectSend shipping information to customers.

    14. Review your shipping details in theSummarysection, and then clickBuy shipping label.

    15. Choose whether toprint your shipping labels with any customs forms or packing slips, and then print your shipping labels and shipping documents.

In thePARCEL COLLECTION METHODsection, select your shipment collection method: - If you want to drop off your shipment at a drop-off location, then selectDrop off parcel. - If you want to schedule a pickup, then selectSchedule a pickup: 1. In thePickup datesection, clickEdit details2. Fill in pickup details, and then clickSave.

    11. In theShipping datefield, select a shipping date. If you want to automatically send shipment details to your customers on that date, then selectSend shipping information to customers.

    12. Review your shipping details in theSummarysection, and then clickBuy shipping label.

    13. Optional: Choose whether toprint your shipping labels with any customs forms or packing slips, and then print your shipping labels and shipping documents.
