Logging in to Shopify

If you forget your Shopify account password, then you canreset your password. If you forget the email address that's associated to your Shopify account, then contactShopify Support.

To make your Shopify account more secure, consider adding an additional layer of security and activating thetwo-step authentication.

Log in to your Shopify account

If you've logged in to your store on the same device before, then your store might already be listed on the login page. You can log in by selecting your store, and you aren't prompted to enter your email address.

If you want to log in to your Shopify admin on your tablet or mobile device without using the Shopify app, then you can use your internet browser and log in to your Shopify admin the same way as you log in on a desktop device.

Steps:

  1. Go to theShopify login page.
  2. Enter your email address that's associated to your Shopify account oruse one of the login servicesto log in.
  3. Enter your password, and then clickLog in.
  4. If you havetwo-step authenticationactivated on your Shopify account, then enter the authentication code using your authentication method, and then clickLog in.
  5. If you have multiple Shopify stores associated to your Shopify account, then select the store that you want to access.
  1. Make sure that you have theShopify appinstalled on your mobile device.
  2. Open your Shopify app, and then tapLog in.
  3. TapContinue.
  4. Enter your email address that's associated to your Shopify account oruse one of the login servicesto log in.
  5. Enter your password, and then tapLog in.
  6. If you havetwo-step authenticationactivated on your Shopify account, then enter the authentication code using your authentication method, and then tapLog in.
  7. If you have multiple Shopify stores associated to your Shopify account, then select the store that you want to access.
  1. Make sure that you have theShopify appinstalled on your mobile device.
  2. Open your Shopify app, and then tapLOG IN.
  3. Enter your email address that's associated to your Shopify account oruse one of the login servicesto log in.
  4. Enter your password, and then tapLog in.
  5. If you havetwo-step authenticationactivated on your Shopify account, then enter the authentication code using your authentication method, and then tapLog in.
  6. If you have multiple Shopify stores associated to your Shopify account, then select the store that you want to access.

Log in to multiple Shopify accounts

You can log in to multiple accounts using a tablet or mobile device on the Shopify app. You can't log in to multiple accounts on a desktop device, you can only switch between different accounts.

After you log in to an account, it becomes your active account and you canswitch between your accounts

Steps:

  1. From theShopify app, tap商店.
  2. Tap your account name at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap your email address.
  4. TapLog in to another account, and then tapContinue.
  5. TapLog in to a different account.
  6. Enter your email address that's associated to the Shopify account oruse one of the login servicesto log in.
  7. Enter your password, and then tapLog in.
  8. If you havetwo-step authenticationactivated on your Shopify account, then enter the authentication code using your authentication method, and then tapLog in.
  9. If you have multiple Shopify stores associated to your Shopify account, then select the store that you want to access.
  1. From theShopify app, tap商店.

  5. TapLog in to a different account.
  6. Enter your email address that's associated to the Shopify account oruse one of the login servicesto log in.
  7. Enter your password, and then tapLog in.
  8. If you havetwo-step authenticationactivated on your Shopify account, then enter the authentication code using your authentication method, and then tapLog in.
  9. If you have multiple Shopify stores associated to your Shopify account, then select the store that you want to access.

Log out of a Shopify account

  1. From your Shopify admin, click your account name at the top right corner.
  2. ClickLog out.

  3. TapLog out.
