So it's important for me to work with women because sometimes we don't always have the access or the opportunity. For me, I definitely wanted to start a business where the focus is to serve women.

To teach women that you can be strong, powerful, independent, and you can have financial freedom. The first step for women to gain confidence is to practice. Practice makes perfect. So I definitely struggled with public speaking for so long. So the way how I overcame that fear was to start a YouTube channel. So definitely start a YouTube channel or just start practicing what you want to say.

Look yourself in the mirror. It can be a little bit cringey or uncomfortable of hearing yourself talk, but I promise you, no one is going to be thinking about that or how you sound or how you work. It's really going to go back to how you decide to show up and how you want to use your voice. And your voice is so powerful. So that's how I definitely found that confidence to speak and to continue to speak.

I believe that yes, you can do a lot of things on your own, but getting a mentor or a coach or somebody who's at least 10 steps ahead of where you want to be will definitely help you get there faster and a lot more efficiently. As a coach, we basically have done the trial and error. We've done the spaghetti at the wall. We have figured all of those kinks out on our own. And then we're able to teach and mentor and guide other women out to avoid certain pitfalls when it comes launching their business or even going back to personal development.
