The difference between GoDaddy and BigCommerce is that GoDaddy began as a domain seller, whereas BigCommerce is an ecommerce platform. Shopify caters to all commerce businesses, both online and offline.
Both GoDaddy and BigCommerce are good solutions for ecommerce. However, Shopify was built to make commerce better for everyone.
