Replacing a lost gift card on Shopify POS

If a customer loses the details of a gift card that they've bought, then you can deactivate it from Shopify POS and issue a new gift card free of charge from your Shopify admin.

To replace a gift card with Shopify POS:

1. Search for and view the orderso that you can verify the customer's identity.
2. 订单上details screen, tap the gift card number to display the remaining balance on the gift card, and then tapDisable gift card(this can't be undone).
3. Issue a new gift cardto the customer for the amount that was left on the lost gift card.
