Managing receipts
At the end of a sales transaction, you can offer to print, email, or text the customer's receipt. You can also print a gift receipt, which is proof of purchase but doesn't contain the amount spent.
If a customer loses their receipt, you can reprint it for them.
ThePayment successfulscreen appears after you've taken payment for an order. From thePayment successfulscreen, you have a few options:
To print a receipt | TapPrint receipt. |
To send an email receipt to the customer | TapEmail receiptto enter an email address, and then tapSend. |
To send a text receipt | TapText receiptto enter a phone number, including the area code, and then tapSend. |
To print a gift receipt | TapGift receipt. |
Reprint a receipt
From the Shopify POS app, tap

and then tapOrders.Tap the order that you want to print a receipt for.
TapReceipt>Print receipt.
