Managing receipts

At the end of a sales transaction, you can offer to print, email, or text the customer's receipt. You can also print a gift receipt, which is proof of purchase but doesn't contain the amount spent.

If a customer loses their receipt, you can reprint it for them.

ThePayment successfulscreen appears after you've taken payment for an order. From thePayment successfulscreen, you have a few options:

To print a receipt TapPrint receipt.
To send an email receipt to the customer TapEmail receiptto enter an email address, and then tapSend.
To send a text receipt TapText receiptto enter a phone number, including the area code, and then tapSend.
To print a gift receipt TapGift receipt.
