Set up a fulfillment delay for Shopify Fulfillment Network

If you want to have time to cancel orders, edit orders, or resolve customer issues before Shopify Fulfillment Network (SFN) personnel begin fulfilling your orders, then you can set a fulfillment delay up to 120 minutes.

Steps:

1. From your Shopify admin, clickSettings>应用和销售渠道.

2. From the应用和销售渠道page, clickShopify Fulfillment Network.

3. ClickOpen app.

4. ClickSettings.

5. ClickManage orders.

6. In theOrder processingsection, clickHold orders for reviewin theFulfillment processing holdssection.

7. If you want to change the delay duration from 30 minutes, then click30 minutesand select the number of minutes.

8. ClickSave.

If you don't want SFN to delay fulfilling your orders, then you can clickAutomatically fulfill the orderin your SFN app settings.

If you need to bypass the fulfillment delay for a specific order, then you can request fulfillment by clickingFulfill Nowon the fulfillment request page in your SFN app.
