TheUpdate customer noteaction updatesthe notes on a customer's pagefor the customer that triggers the workflow.

TheUpdate customer noteaction contains the following fields.

Note | The note to be applied to the customer. |
Triggers
TheUpdate customer noteaction has a hidden field added to it by the trigger. This field,Customer ID, identifies the customer to update. The customer ID is set by default and can't be changed.
TheUpdate customer noteaction can be used in workflows that start with the following triggers:
- Customer account disabled
- Customer account enabled

- Draft order created
- Fulfillment created
- Order cancelled
