Using login services
You can use login services to log in to your Shopify admin usingGoogle Workspace. Logging in with Google Workspace can simplify the login process for you and your staff when you regularly use Shopify and Google Workspace apps, such as Google Docs or Google Calendar.
You need to be the store owner or a staff member with theExternal login servicespermission to enable or disable login services.

Connect your Shopify ID to an external login service
From your Shopify admin, click your username and account picture.
ClickManage account.
In theConnected login servicesection, clickConnect toyour desired social provider(Apple,Facebook, orGoogle).
When prompted, sign in to the corresponding social provider in order to connect your account.
Enable login services for G Suite
From your Shopify admin, clickSettings>Users and permissions.
In theLogin servicessection, clickEditto view options for Google Apps.
CheckEnable Google Apps for login.
Enter your Google Workspace domain name.
ClickSave.
Add staff for G Suite
Add staffin your Shopify admin.
Verify that you're logged in to your Google Workspace account. Your email address needs to be the same for both your Shopify staff and your Google Workspace account.
ClickLog into access your Shopify admin.
Deactivate login services for G Suite
From your Shopify admin, clickSettings>Users and permissions.
In theLogin servicessection, clickEditto view options for Google Apps.
UncheckEnable Google Apps for login.
Review the list of accounts set to lose access to your store after Google Workspace is deactivated, then confirm the list of accounts that can still log in using a Shopify email and password.
