How it works
If you ship from Australia, shipping with Sendle is already available with your Shopify plan. Here’s how to get started:
- If you have an Australian Business Number (ABN), you’ll qualify for tax-free shipping on Shopify. Toregister your ABN, go toSettingsand then toBilling.If you do not have an ABN, continue to step 2.
- Go to your orders page, select any unfulfilled orders, and clickCreate shipping labels.
- Choose an existing package or add a new one, enter the total weight of your parcel, and review the customs information if you’re shipping internationally.
- Select a parcel collection method. You can either schedule a free parcel pickup, or drop the parcels off at adrop off location near you.
- In the “Shipping date” section, select the date that you plan to have your parcels picked up or dropped off. Your customer will receive a shipping confirmation notification on this date.
- Buy the shipping labels and print them from a desktop or thermal printer.
- Prepare your parcels and attach the printed shipping labels to the outside of the parcels.
- Leave the parcels for pickup, or drop them off at a Sendle location.
