Shopify Announces Nest as Key Technology Partner in Retail

Partnership launches with Store Cam software integration and Nest Cams

Toronto, Canada - July 12, 2018 -Shopify Inc. (NYSE:SHOP)(TSX:SHOP), the leading cloud-based, multi-channel commerce platform, announces a new partnership with Nest. Starting today, Shopify merchants using Nest Cams can now access camera footage via the newly released Store Cam for Shopify app and purchase Nest Cams and Google Wifi routers directly from theShopify Hardware Store.

A live-feed of footage captured from Nest Cams will be immediately available to access in a merchant’s dashboard via the Shopify app. This allows business owners to access footage from their store and more effectively manage their retail space while on the go. The whole process has been designed so it’s easy to set up and manage, providing retailers with affordable, plug-and-play coverage for any space.
